PHPVIP Terms Conditions

PHPVIP is a betting and online gaming platform created for players in the Philippines. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between PHPVIP and all individuals who register and use the site.

Before you can create a PHPVIP account, you need to meet these requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. You are not allowed to register if you are below this age. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 to open an account here. 21 and above This condition is required and cannot be waived. Minors who attempt to register will be denied access immediately.
• Each person is allowed to open only one account. If we discover that a user has created multiple accounts, all of those accounts will be closed without delay. • Keep the details you shared during registration accurate and current. Submitting false information can lead to your account being closed.
• Never share your password or any of your login credentials with anyone. Keeping them private is your responsibility.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account, nor place bets on someone else's behalf. Doing so violates our rules.

PHPVIP may decline any registration application without stating a reason. We can also ask you for a copy of your national ID or passport to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

These betting rules apply to every wager you place on PHPVIP:

• When a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be edited or cancelled, unless PHPVIP gives you a specific "Cash Out" option for that bet.
• Live betting odds shift in real time, so the odds that appear at the exact moment your bet is confirmed are the ones that count.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, your stake is normally returned to you, although some events may have special rules.
• If a technical glitch prevents your bet from being processed, PHPVIP has the right to void that bet.
• You can't place a bet unless your account has enough balance to cover it.
• Betting on several outcomes of the same match just to guarantee a profit hat we call "arbitrage betting" s strictly forbidden.

PHPVIP watches for any unusual betting patterns and can look into suspicious activity. While we investigate, your account may be temporarily suspended.

Every financial transaction on PHPVIP is fully transparent, so there are no surprise or hidden charges rom deposits to withdrawals.

• When you make a withdrawal, the funds will be sent back through the same payment channel and account name that you used for your deposit. This keeps everything consistent and secure on your end.
• Your account must complete identity verification, or KYC, before we can process your very first payout request.
• The minimum amount you can withdraw is ₱100. Your daily withdrawal ceiling will depend on the account tier you're currently on.
• If a withdrawal request appears unusual in any way, our team may hold it for review under our standard anti-money laundering procedures.

PHPVIP puts together its bonuses and promos to give players something extra, but each offer only becomes active once you've met the conditions attached to it.

• Welcome Bonus The welcome bonus is a one-time deal open to new members only. To activate it, simply make a qualifying first deposit of at least ₱100.
• Wagering Requirement You can only cash out once the bonus has been wagered through five times. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus means you'll need to place ₱5,000 worth of bets first.
• Bonus Validity Every bonus has its own validity window. If you don't use it within that period, the bonus will be forfeited from your account.
• Promotion Eligibility Each promotion allows only one claim per person, so joining the same offer more than once is not allowed.
• Bonus Abuse If a player is caught using multiple accounts or fake details just to farm bonuses, all of their bonuses and winnings will be cancelled, no questions asked.

PHPVIP strictly prohibits the actions listed below. Breaking any of these rules will result in a permanent account ban:

• Opening more than one account, or using an account that belongs to another person.
• Depositing funds that were obtained through money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Taking part in match fixing, or artificially manipulating the outcome of any event.
• Using scripts, bots, or other automation tools to exploit the betting system.
• Abusing technical glitches or security loopholes in the platform just to get an unfair advantage.
• Operating or managing an account on behalf of someone below the legal gambling age of 21.
• Mistreating, threatening, or bullying other members in any way.
• Giving out a false identity or pretending to work for PHPVIP.

There are certain situations where PHPVIP may place your account on hold, whether for a short time or permanently:

• Any breach of the rules laid out in these Terms and Conditions.
• False or incomplete information discovered during KYC verification.
• An account left inactive for more than 12 months.
• An order issued by a court or a legal authority.
• A request made by the account holder themselves (self-exclusion).

Normally, PHPVIP will notify you by email or text before closing your account. But if you seriously break the rules, we may act without any warning.

If you think your account was closed in error, reach out to our support team. We'll review every complaint within 7 business days.
