• Once a bet is confirmed, it can no longer be edited or cancelled — unless PHPVIP has explicitly made a cash-out option available for that particular bet.
• In live betting, odds move constantly in real time. The odds shown at the exact moment you confirm your bet are the final odds that will apply.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, your stake is usually returned to your account, although event-specific rules may still come into play.
• If a bet fails to process because of a technical error, PHPVIP reserves the right to void that bet completely.
• Bets will not be accepted when there is not enough balance in your account to cover the full stake.
• Arbitrage betting — wagering on multiple outcomes of the same match to lock in a guaranteed profit — is strictly prohibited on this platform.

PHPVIP monitors betting activity for any unusual patterns and reserves the right to investigate whenever something looks suspicious. While the review is ongoing, the account involved may be temporarily suspended.

All financial transactions on PHPVIP follow fully transparent rules. There are no hidden fees or charges, so you always know exactly what is happening with your money.

• Withdrawals may only be made through the same payment method and under the same registered name that were used for your deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed successfully before you can make your very first withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Your daily withdrawal cap, on the other hand, is determined by your account level.
• To help prevent money laundering, PHPVIP may review withdrawal requests that look unusual or fall outside your normal playing pattern before approving them.

• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is a one-time privilege reserved for new members. You activate it by making an initial deposit of at least ₱100.

• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a fixed validity period. If you fail to use it within that time, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.

• Creating multiple accounts or using the account of another person.
• Money laundering, or putting money obtained through illegal means into your account.
• Being involved in match fixing or artificially influencing the outcome of any game.
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to exploit the betting system.
• Taking unfair advantage of technical weaknesses or glitches on the platform.
• Managing an account on behalf of a minor. PHPVIP is meant for adults aged 21 and above only.
• Harassing other members or engaging in harmful behavior against other players.
• Impersonating PHPVIP staff or giving a false identity to anyone on the platform.

PHPVIP may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If you breach any part of these terms and conditions, we may take action on your account.
• If we find false or incomplete details during your KYC verification, that can also lead to closure.
• If your account stays inactive for more than twelve (12) months, it may be subject to closure.
• If we are instructed by legal authorities or a court order to close it, we will comply.
• If you personally request to close your account, such as through self-exclusion, we will honor that.

PHPVIP will normally notify you by email or SMS before closing your account. However, if the violation is serious enough, we may act without any advance notice.
